Prof. Michael Rosenbluh 
Prof. Michael Rosenbluh wrote his doctoral thesis about “Laser Magnetic Resonance in Excited States of Atoms and Molecules” and completed his Ph.D at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1978.
